An insider from the outside “The biggest learning I’ve had from my research adventures across India is to remain humble and keep an open mind. I cannot judge wines in India based on what I’ve seen and tasted abroad because the realities are completely different,” he says. “For instance, the Sula Riesling is a very nice wine.
